Payment Options

There are three ways to pay for your request.

Bayad Center

• Fill up the payment form and customer copy portion.
• Biller: NSO Helpline
• Date: Payment Date
• Account Number: 10-digit Reference Number (Very important)
• Amount Due: Amount to be paid
• Account Name: Requesting Party's name.

Bancnet ATM

1. Using your Bancnet ATM card, go to Payment options
2. Choose NSO Helpline Plus
3. Key in the reference number & amount to be paid
4. Keep transaction receipt for reference

Metrobank (over the counter)

1. Get green payment slip
2. Fill-out green payment slip
   • Company name: NSO Helpline Plus
   • Subscriber's/ Reference number: 10-digit Reference number (very important)
   • Customer's/Subscriber's/Account name: Requesting Party's name
   • Amount: Amount to be paid

Important Reminders

Please pay immediately. Application will be processed the following working day after payment is posted.

For Bancnet ATM payments, posting will take 2 – 3 banking days.

Please follow the payment procedure for every reference number.

All instructions given should be strictly followed to generate proper payment report.
